Welcome Journeyers!
From the very beginning, AWBW has been a circle of innovation with each participant and facilitator creating this journey. This toolkit invites you to join this circle of innovation and practice of art transforming trauma, with Durational Art as a way to connect deeply to ourselves and each other.
Guided Relaxation for the Journey
You are invited to revisit this guided relaxation video as often as you like to support your journey.
Learning Labs
The following workshops were derived from co-journeyers that have been using durational art within their communities. By exploring them, we hope that you will be inspired to use durational art in your own way, joining in this co-created journey. We invite you to watch the “Pop-Up Window of Time” videos shown here, use the worksheets, and even delve deep, viewing the “Learning Labs” where these practices were incubated.
Grounding Practices
with Cathy Salser, Founder of AWBW
We invite you to anchor your journey by noticing and expressing any transformations you are navigating or wishing for right now. By taking a window of time to honor your seeds of change with this Touchstone Journey worksheet, you can create a resource, like a resilience toolkit, to consciously ground your path forward.
