Apply to become a vendor at AWBW’s 20th annual Art in the Afternoon!
A Window Between Worlds is excited to offer 10’x10′ booth space to local artisans for selling goods to our 600+ expected guests on June 8, 2019 at the EXPO Center. Approval to attend will be based on your application below, space availability, and jury approval – as we hope to provide a diverse group of artistic, handmade goods and non-mass production.
Important Details and Deadlines:
- The cost to participate is $500 per 10’10’ canopy space. Yes, you may apply to share with ONE additional maker and split the cost. Payment is due to AWBW by April 1 to be listed in our invitation; final deadline May 1.
- AWBW will provide a 10’x10′ canopy per booth reservation. Tables, chairs, electricity, water and signage are not included.
- A list of artisans will be included in our event materials: on the webpage, in the invitation and event program. Vendors who also choose to donate a % of sales to AWBW will receive additional featured marketing opportunities.
- All vendors must be able to load-in from 8am-10am and load-out from 4pm-6pm. Public Parking is located adjacent to the event venue.
